Please schedule critical inspections only for Friday and submit TCO requests/renewals early for processing. -New Process Announced - Effective immediate, a new process has been announced for an Early Start Authorization Request. This new process can be submitted using the Change Request process. A permit must be applied and in a status of Plan Check for the Change Request feature to activate. A completed Early Start Authorization Request Form must be filled in completely and uploaded to the request record.
